i have a problem - i applied for a placement and i said i had personal experience with maya and they would like to see my work - the thing is, i've only played with maya a little bit, i've never really modeled anything that looks good. the placement is for mattel, fisher-price company, what do you suggest i should model? personally, i was thinking Godzilla...

Ur problem is the result of ur lack of honesty, i've no idea about ur modeling skills, but in ur case i think "Creature" modeling, specially detailing the model using "Zbrush" or "mudbox" in order to perform ur modeling skills for ur job application.
